She specialize in: Floral, Henna inspired designs, fine line, Studio Ghibli, Traditional tattoo art and custom designs of your choice. Her artistic voice is rooted in clean, line work, enhanced with soft shading or vibrant color palettes- whatever best brings your design to life.

Bella is located in Portland, Oregon at  Gilded Serpent Tattoo. She is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and creative space for everyone.  Her unique selling point is creating an environment where you can giggle and lay back with me as an artist. Bella enjoys a good laugh and banter in the studio.
